Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or sale items
